Costa Kick Plastic Guide & Outfitter Program
In 2016 Planet+Purpose Solutions™ helped Costa launch a B2B community action plan to activate fishing guides & outfitters to help achieve the goal of eliminating single-use plastic water bottles from guide boats within the decade. Our team designed and managed the program, including the development of print and digital assets, guide onboarding, annual surveys and guide correspondence. More than 750 businesses in 14 countries have eliminated 3 million single-use plastic water bottles since the program's launch.
Global Industrial Marine Company
Planet+Purpose Solutions™ worked with an industrial marine company based in Europe to reduce the amount of disposable plastic used in 20+ facilities and offices around the world, and at all their events. Our team outlined a strategy that included a Global Green Team to assist with project implementation. We developed checklists of commonly used single-use plastic items, instructions for office waste audits and provided examples of innovative alternatives and other solutions. We also created checklists of typical single-use plastic items used at corporate conferences and major events and provided suggestions for alternatives.
